Oregon Health Sciences University: Team Charter

Purpose

The Team Charter serves as a foundational document that guides and organizes the efforts of a team involved in conducting usability studies. Ensuring that the team is aligned on objectives, responsibilities, methodologies, and expected outcomes is crucial. The charter allocates roles and responsibilities to each team member, ensuring team members understand what is expected of them and helps avoid overlapping or gaps in responsibilities. By having a clear charter, the expectations of stakeholders and team members are aligned. This minimizes confusion and ensures that everyone is working towards the same goals.
