Task Path Creation for OHSU Usability Report

Purpose

Seven task paths were created for users to follow in the Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) accessibility report. Task paths are step-by-step instructions that users/test takers should follow to prove a given task. Deviations from task paths are indicators that the customer’s user interface is not meeting the intended user experience. Multiple task paths were created to accommodate different language proficiency levels and assess whether or not different hospital services could be found based on site accessibility.
