Oregon Health and Sciences University Usability Report

This usability test collected data for OHSU on the accessibility and use of their microsites by the Limited English Proficiency (LEP) demographic in Oregon. In this study, we focused specifically on the Spanish and Russian-speaking communities. The test was conducted by asking users to perform a number of tasks on the OHSU Spanish and Russian microsites and then complete a survey.
